600 (800, 1000) mm * 800 (1000) mm * 2200 mm

Structural Features

The GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet uses a universal cabinet structure with a frame assembled from 8MF cold-rolled steel. The frame parts and specialized components are supplied by designated manufacturers to ensure accuracy and quality. The universal cabinet components are designed based on modular principles with 20 installation holes, offering high versatility. This allows for pre-production in factories, shortening production cycles and improving efficiency.

The GGD cabinet design takes heat dissipation into account. The cabinet has ventilation slots at both the upper and lower ends. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, it rises and exits through the upper slots, while cool air continuously enters through the lower slots, creating a natural ventilation path from bottom to top to achieve effective cooling.

In line with modern industrial design standards, the cabinet's shape and partition dimensions are designed using the golden ratio method, resulting in a visually appealing and fresh appearance. The doors are equipped with pivot hinges connected to the frame, making installation and removal convenient. The door's folded edge features a serrated rubber strip that compresses when the door closes, preventing direct contact between the door and the cabinet body, and enhancing the door's protection level.

The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of flexible copper wire. The internal mounting components are connected to the frame with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit.

The cabinet's surface is painted with polyester powder coating, offering strong adhesion and a good texture. The matte finish reduces glare, creating a more comfortable visual environment for operators. The cabinet top cover can be removed if needed, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.

The cabinet has an IP30 protection rating, but users can also select between IP20 and IP40 based on environmental requirements.
